Returns & Refunds
Our policy lasts 7 days for unused and unassembled products in original packaging. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered to you, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Only non customized, non glass and non sale items can be returned. We don't provide return on non US orders. If something wrong with the product you received you must contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery. No returns on international shipping outside of US.
We provide free shipping on all our items within USA, however if customer wants to return the product customer is responsible for return shipping cost. We don’t support returns for orders that are outside of United States.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unassembled, wrapped in original packaging & box and in the same condition that you received it.

Please do not send your package back to the manufacturer. We work with multiple warehouses and suppliers that handling our returns depending on your location and purchased items. We use separate warehouses for return goods. Unauthorized return can result in product loss and will not be eligible for a refund.
Order cancellations
Order can be cancelled only if it wasn't already shipped. We process orders from 3-5 business days after we received them. Please contact the customer service to see if the item was already shipped. Cancelation fee of 3% +$0.30 applies since the system charge us for the cancelation of the transaction.
Refunds
Please pack your items very carefully and make sure you receive a tracking number from the shipper so that you can track your return shipment if necessary. Unfortunately, Weddingstoryshop cannot be responsible for any return shipment that is lost or damaged in transit to us.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If your return has been denied the goods will be shipped back to you.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. No exchanges provided at this time.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
Sometimes items get delayed or lost during the transit, or they dont get scanned and It can cause delay in shipping.
To return your product, please first contact us via email at info.weddingstoryshop@gmail.com to get further instructions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
