We provide Free shipping on most orders within USA.

Our shipping time may vary depends on the size and quantity of the product. Order processing takes 3-5 business days. Standard shipping for most items 10-15 business days. Except Public Holidays and weekends. Many items are personalized or made per order it may take additional time to manufacture or personalize them. 

However, some items have FREE EXPRESS shipping. You can find that Information directly on item description.

Sometimes specific items are not in stock and we have to manufacture them per order. Manufacture time may vary. 
Please note all items comes disassembled and require assembly. Specially large centerpieces and metal Arches. 

 If you place an order with multiple products please note that products can arrive in different shipments.

Please note that we are not always available to do EXPRESS shipping on your desired date. Shipping dates are all approximate since we are using 3rd party delivery company like USPS, UPS, FEDEX, DHL we can't guarantee exact day of the shipping. Also shipping excludes weekends and public holidays.

If you don't see your country in the list please contact us for more accurate shipping price. For each individual item shipping may vary depends on the size of the item. Larger centerpieces may require higher shipping fees depends on country.   

We are using 3rd party to do our deliveries. Please double check if your shipping address is correct. We can change it only if item was't shipped yet. If item is in transit we can't change shipping address since package is in transit. Please note we are not responsible if shipping address was wrongfully entered and package got lost. 

No returns on personalized items, made per order, glass items or sale items are provided. If product was damaged we will send a replacement. 

We provide free shipping on all our items within USA, however if customer wants to return the product customer is responsible for return shipping cost. 

We provide tracking number for all orders that were placed with Weddingstoryshop. You can simply enter your email and order number to track your order.
