HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
When your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online.
We have complimentary free shipping to the USA so please allow up to 1-4 weeks item to arrive. All other countries standard shipping is $4.95 We do our best to expedite each request to your satisfactory.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your new purchase.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Only non customized items can be returned.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. To return your product, please first contact us via email to get further instructions.
Sometimes items get delayed or lost during the transit, or they dont get scanned and It can cause delay in shipping. We do care about our customers and even it is not our fault we do fully refund if item was not delivered 60 day since the purchase.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
